Booking and cancellation policy

Once you receive a confirmation of payment, your reservation is guaranteed. If you would like to book please follow our online platform where you can find all instructions and payment options. In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Aqualis Dive Centers operates as follows:

For storing your medical data we are under contract with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996). Therefore we can only take responsibility when divers book online individually).

BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS:

– For group (6+ divers/snorkelers) or family bookings (4+ divers/snorkelers) and for private trips – full amount is required on booking. Please book all participants separately in the online booking system and contact us for the discount code to redeem.
– NOTE: For shop bookings, the full amount is required to make a booking!
– For multiple dive packages, all dives are to be paid for in full prior to diving on the first day of the dives.
– Bookings made 3 months in advance will receive a 5% early booking discount.
– There is a maximum discount of 20% for dive clubs and groups above 10 people in case of purchasing at least 3 days diving package.

CANCELLATIONS:
– In case Aqualis Dive Center cancels the booking you receive full refund.
– In case of canceling your dive/snorkeling 72+ hours prior to your booking and you will receive receive full refund. In case of canceling your dive/snorkeling 48-72 hours prior to your booking and you will receive receive 70% refund. In case of canceling your dive/snorkeling within 24 hours prior to your booking there is no refund.

– A no-show for whatever reason, including but not limited to flight delays, being late, hangovers, or just not getting out of bed will mean loss of payment for the full amount. Weather-related cancellations are determined solely by Aqualis Dive Center.

– For guided dives, you may change the date of your reservation for free if you advise us more than 48 hours before the dive date and alternative dates are available. We do not allow swapping booked dives from one person to another.

– If you cannot complete scheduled dives/snorkeling due to ill health, there will be no refund unless you can provide an official medical examination certificate. If we have space available and can arrange new dive dates to finish your dives/snorkeling, we will happily move your dive dates. If you require a letter for travel insurance purposes to claim the value of these dives we are happy to oblige. All changes are subject to availability.

– For divers that have not been diving for over a year, we recommend that you book a refresher course before your dives. If you do not book a refresher and our divemasters/instructors believe safety is an issue you will not be allowed to enter the water. You can also book a private instructor to accompany your dives.

PLEASE NOTE THE DIVE/SNORKELING SITES ARE SELECTED ACCORDING TO WEATHER CONDITIONS. THE AFTERNOON SINGLE IS ALWAYS A SHALLOW EASY DIVE. THEREFORE THERE IS NO GUARANTEE FOR COMPLETING THE PREVIOUSLY ASSIGNED DIVE/SNORKELING SITE.
